Customer Service Representative — Mississauga
Rashmi’s Bakery is looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to join our Mississauga team. You’ll help customers place and collect orders, support daily store operations, and make every visit welcoming.
Job type: Full-time, permanent (30 or more hours per week)
Pay: CA$18.00 per hour
Work location: In person at Unit #9, 3611 Mavis Road, Mississauga, ON L5C 1T7
Job Description
Greet customers and assist with orders, pickups, and questions.
Respond to phone calls and emails professionally and accurately.
Enter customer orders into the computer system.
Help prepare and package cakes, pastries, and other baked goods.
Support cake decorating by printing edible photos and preparing accessories.
Restock products and maintain front-of-store displays.
Keep the store, equipment, and utensils clean and organized.
Assist managers and supervisors with other store duties as needed.
Qualifications
Friendly, helpful approach and strong customer service skills.
Clear verbal and written communication.
Confidence using email, the internet, and computer-based order systems.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently during busy periods.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime.
Previous retail, food service, or bakery experience is an asset.
Ability to reliably commute to Mississauga or relocate before starting work.
