Senior Project Engineer at FNESL

Lead pivotal infrastructure projects with First Nations Engineering Solutions Limited (FNESL) as a Senior Project Engineer. Leverage your expertise in engineering oversight and regulatory compliance to drive project success. In this full-time role, the Senior Project Engineer will provide strategic technical leadership. With over 20 years of engineering experience and a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation, you will oversee designs, provide expert technical advice, and mentor junior staff. Your contributions will significantly influence project planning and client relations while ensuring adherence to Ontario codes and standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior engineering oversight and sign-off on projects
- Review designs, reports, and cost estimates rigorously
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation and codes
- Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development
- Conduct necessary site visits and technical reviews
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in good standing or eligible
- 20 years of progressive engineering experience required
- Strong knowledge of Ontario's water and wastewater regulations
- Proven risk management experience at a senior level
- Eligibility to work in Canada as FNESL does not sponsor
