Senior Project Engineer - Roadways

- Direct and manage roadway design and project teams
- Oversee financial management and resource allocation
- Create proposals and develop schedules for projects
- Collaborate with project leaders on training needs
- Promote Stantec's Quality Management and Safety programs
- Civil Engineering degree with a specialization in roadway
- Required Professional Engineer (P.Eng. or LEL)
- Five years of experience in project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and reporting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
