What You Will Do
Lead asset performance analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Investigate performance gaps, conduct testing, and validate wind/solar uprates.
Enhance data platforms to deliver accurate performance and resource insights.
Collaborate with internal teams and industry partners to improve asset performance.
Drive performance programs and support consultants on testing and uprate activities.
Standardize, document, and automate analytics processes while supporting project needs.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Preference is a Master of Science (M.Sc.) or Doctoral with research experience in a field directly related to renewable power generation.
Registered member with APEGA as P. Eng. in the Province of Alberta.
4 or more years related experience.
Passion for renewables with a strong willingness to learn.
Solid foundation in math, statistics, and data science.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in programming (Python/MATLAB; other languages an asset).
Self-motivated with strong project management and organizational skills.
Working Conditions
Office environment.
