Pharmacy Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our pharmacy team. The successful candidate will work closely with pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to support the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy while providing friendly and professional service to patients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and is committed to maintaining a high standard of accuracy and patient care.

Qualifications

Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience is an asset
Experience with pharmacy software (Filware preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer-service skills and a professional, compassionate approach to patient care
Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
