TITLE: HR ASSISTANT
FULL-TIME
ADMIN DEPT-HR TEAM
The Human Resources assistant assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR assistant carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: recruitment, employee relations, training and development, benefits programs, compensation, organization development, executive administration, etc. Recruiting and staffing Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping; Employee performance appraisals Assisting with employee relations; Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping; Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office University degree/college diploma in HR or Business Admin field At least 1-2 years working experience Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, etc.) Proficient in oral & written English Proficient in Chinese (either Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus Excellent phone skills and communication skills; By email: View email address on jobs.jobcopilot.com in 1999, YesUp Ecommerce Solutions Inc. is a pioneer and leader in internet advertising and marketing.
