and organized Social Media Content Strategist to develop engaging
content, strengthen our online presence, and support our digital
marketing efforts across multiple social media platforms. 

Job Summary 

The Social Media Content Strategist will be responsible for planning,
developing, scheduling, and managing social media content that
promotes the company’s services and rental property listings. The
ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content
planning, audience engagement, and digital marketing strategies. 

This is a remote position suitable for candidates who are creative,
detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a
virtual environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

* Develop and implement social media content strategies aligned with
company goals.
* Create engaging posts, captions, graphics, short videos, and
promotional materials.
* Promote residential rental properties across relevant social media
platforms.
* Plan and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
* Research trending topics, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to
real estate and property management.
* Schedule and publish content across platforms such as Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
* Monitor social media comments, messages, and audience engagement.
* Track content performance and prepare basic reports on reach,
engagement, and growth.
* Maintain consistent brand messaging and professional communication.
* Collaborate with the management team to develop campaigns and
improve online visibility.

Qualifications and Requirements 

* Strong written communication and content creation skills.
* Knowledge of major social media platforms and their publishing
tools.
* Understanding of social media marketing, audience engagement, and
content strategy.
* Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple
projects.
* Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer,
or similar platforms is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of analytics and social media performance metrics.
* Reliable internet access and the ability to work remotely.
* Previous experience in social media management, digital marketing,
or content creation is preferred but not mandatory.
