Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Team Days : Organize and facilitate engaging Team Days for corporate groups, ensuring an exceptional experience that inspires ongoing support.
• Plan and Support Events : Coordinate Habitat-hosted events and assist with third-party fundraising events to expand our community reach.
• Marketing & Communications : Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance Habitat's brand awareness and engagement.
• Graphic Design : Create marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Social Media Management : Plan and execute engaging content across social media platforms.
• Website & Blog Management : Maintain and update the Habitat website, ensuring timely and relevant content.
• Email Marketing : Design and send newsletters, promotional campaigns, and event communications using Constant Contact or similar platforms.
• SEO & Digital Advertising : Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid digital advertising campaigns..

About You:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, event coordination, or related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact.
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to build strong relationships and connections within the community.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work within tight deadlines and coordinate information from a variety of sources
• Consistently demonstrates confidential, professional behaviour
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to exceptional customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
