Responsibilities

The Program Development Support will assist in building, testing, and developing course materials. They will collaborate with staff to design, review, and improve content, ensuring alignment with learning goals. The student will help organize and test materials, gather feedback, and support course delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, testing, and development of course materials and content.

• Review and update course documents to align with learning objectives.

• Gather feedback from faculty and students for improvements.

• Provide support in testing digital learning platforms.

• Organize and maintain course-related documents.

• Collaborate with faculty to meet project milestones.

Education:

• Must be a student returning to studies in the fall

Experience:

• 1 year part time employment or volunteer experience in education or administrative support.

Skills, Abilities & Expertise:

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.

• Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to work in a manner that is compliant with confidentiality requirements as applicable
