Reporting to the VP People and Culture, we are looking for a Receptionist to join our team. You will be the primary on-site contact, maintaining a welcoming environment where employees and guests feel supported from the moment they arrive. You will keep daily office operations running smoothly, greet visitors and team members, and assist wherever help is needed. You will support HR with new-hire onboarding and team events, and provide administrative assistance to the CEO and senior leaders as required.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Thursday onsite in our downtown Toronto office. As the first point of contact at the front desk, you will ensure day-to-day office operations run smoothly. You will work alongside supportive, mission-aligned colleagues, expand your skills in office administration, communication, and organization, and have opportunities to grow as the company evolves.
Oversee office operations. You will manage the day-to-day rhythm of the office, ensuring supplies are stocked, space is organized, and operations run smoothly. You will be the main point of contact for vendors, service providers, and building management.
You will help execute internal meetings, celebrations, and events by coordinating vendors and onsite logistics.
Execute administrative duties. You will support the CEO and senior leaders by providing scheduling assistance, travel coordination, off-site logistics, and meeting preparation.
You have worked in an office support role such as reception, office coordination, or administrative assistance in a fast-paced environment. You bring a dedication to helping others and a friendly and professional presence. You pivot quickly and are comfortable outside your formal responsibilities to help where needed. The technical skills. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and you are comfortable learning new communication, scheduling, and collaboration tools.
