General Production Worker- Full Time-Day Shift

Tru Earth is looking for a General Labor (Production Associate) to join our team! This role will rotate between day and afternoon shifts.
Please note that the warehouse is scheduled to relocate to Burlington in April/May. The General Labor role is accountable for operating equipment in a warehouse and preparing items for further processing. Responsibilities include checking products, assembling, packing, or moving items to ensure equipment runs smoothly.

Assemble products, inspect for defects, package for shipment, and move materials as needed.
Maintain accurate records and ensure products meet quality standards.
Help train new team members, work collaboratively to achieve targets, and solve operational issues.
Support initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Experience in an assembly line or warehouse setting is an asset.
WHMIS Certification is an asset.
Skilled in equipment operation and control.
Committed to environmental responsibility and reducing plastic use.
In these cases, a fully-executed agreement with Tru Earth must be in place and current.

Pay: $19.30-$21.30 per hour
