We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional buying experience to our customers and are looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented Internet Sales Professional to our dynamic team.
:As an Internet Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, assisting customers through the online car-buying process, arranging Finance for customers and helping close sales. Your expertise in online communication, customer service, and automotive knowledge will directly contribute to the success of our dealership.
Respond promptly to online inquiries via email, chat, and phone, offering expert advice and guidance to prospective buyers.
Qualify leads and manage the online sales process from initial contact to closing.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vehicles online, ensuring all listings are accurate and compelling.
Follow up with potential customers and nurture relationships to drive conversions.
Track and report on sales performance, and work with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Proven experience in Internet sales, automotive sales, or a customer service-related field.
Proficiency with CRM software and online sales tools.
A passion for the automotive industry and a genuine desire to help customers.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or sales training is a plus.
Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses.
Ongoing training and development.
