As A Sales Associate, You Will Be Responsible For:

Engaging with customers, discussing opportunities for improvement in their products and services, and answering any questions easily.

Maintaining an active client portfolio tracking customer referrals, installations, and cancellations.

Complying with client privacy policies and procedures to build a relationship built on trust and integrity for the customer and client.

Collaborating with team members to share sales and marketing strategies, new product knowledge, and industry insights.

Contribute to team goals and actively participate in regular sales meetings and brainstorming sessions aimed at exceeding sales targets and KPIs, while maintaining a high standard of customer service

Attend daily training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and suggest service solution strategies to management based on customer feedback.

Sales Associate Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.

A desire to continuously improve and develop new skills, both professionally and personally.
