Data Entry Clerk (Digital Project)
Are you a data expert with an unparalleled eye for detail? A leading organization in the food sector located in Ville Saint-Laurent is currently looking for a rigorous individual to join its dynamic and committed team for a major digital transformation project. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join a passionate team working to ensure optimal food supply. Salary: Between $22 and $25 per hour (based on experience).
Work-Life Balance: 35 hours per week with Friday afternoons off—a summer schedule all year round!.
Hybrid work model with up to 3 days of telecommuting per week.
A warm, flexible, and stimulating work environment located in Ville Saint-Laurent.
College diploma in administration, office automation, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Excellent mastery of Excel and the Office suite. Knowledge of Power Query is considered a major asset.

Data Normalization: Control and Compliance: Ability to verify the consistency of processed data and produce reports on their compliance with required formats.
Quality Analysis: Ability to identify gaps, errors, or duplicates in data quality.
Specialized Tools: Use of Power Query is considered a major asset for automating data processing.
Experience in preparing Excel files for importation into a database or CRM.
