- Supporting departments with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Providing professional front-desk reception and client service.
- Assisting with special projects or seasonal surges in workload.
A minimum of 1 year in an administrative support role (Reception, Admin Assistant, Data Entry, or Office Coordination).
- High-level fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential to navigate our local business landscape.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). We move fast, and our temporary roles often open and close within 48 hours.
