Account Manager (Temp)

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing new business opportunities within that base, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Location: 13562 Maycrest Way, Unit 5108, Richmond (British Columbia) V6V 2J7
75,000-$85,000 + commissions and bonus
Handle incoming customer inquiries in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
Resolve customer concerns in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
Work with other departments to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Communicate with service technicians.
Review existing accounts for growth opportunities. Coil cleanings, additional visits, additional hours, 3rd party services, BAS service, CO Monitoring, etc.
Review existing accounts for equipment list accuracy, material accuracy and time allotment accuracy.
Work with other sales representatives on new opportunities as required. Responsible for account retention through customer contact and surveys.
5+ years of related sales or account management experience.
- Hvac experience an asset
- Diploma in a related business field
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
