Full Time Housekeeping Supervisor

Aramark is hiring an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to direct and control all aspects of Housekeeping Services for a Long-Term Care facility in Cambridge. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible to train and manage staff, equipment and consistently seek opportunities for process and quality improvements.

Directs and administers housekeeping programs to maintain the facility in a clean and orderly fashion in adherence to all facility policies and best practices
- Responsible for hiring, onboarding, training and submitting payroll for 20 staff members
- Adheres to departmental policies and procedures, evaluates effectiveness; Develops and holds department accountable to the Quality Assurance program
- Dedicated to reducing slips, trips, fire, exposure to dust, chemicals, and other hazards
- At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. Housekeeping supervisory experience required – preferably in Long Term Care or Senior Living
- Sufficient knowledge of Housekeeping and Waste Management Laws and Regulations
- Must possess the ability to perform tasks with due consideration for residents in the area
- Responsible for employee selection, orientation, management and performance appraisals
- Computer literate utilizing Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel
- Proof of vaccinations is required
