Visual Experience Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Pixieset, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand vision to life through visually compelling design. Leveraging your creativity and strong design and animation skills, you'll create a wide range of digital assets that strengthen our brand presence and support marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing team, you'll help shape our visual direction, ensure consistent and high-quality brand communication, and craft engaging designs and animations that captivate and resonate with our community of over 1.5 million customers.

Develop and evolve a consistent visual identity across all marketing and product touchpoints, ensuring every asset reflects Pixieset's brand and design standards

Conceptualize and present creative visual concepts that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and key company initiatives

Design and produce a wide range of static and motion digital assets, including website graphics, digital ads, social media visuals, email templates, infographics, and promotional materials

Partner closely with Content Marketing to design visuals that enhance blog posts, case studies, and other content

Adapt designs across formats and channels to support integrated campaigns, seasonal initiatives, and product announcements

Collaborate with the Design and Marketing teams to ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and meets usability and quality standards

Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and help shape the visual direction of marketing initiatives

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities while delivering high-quality work on time and within scope

2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer in a SaaS, tech, or digital environment

• Ability to produce both static and motion-based visual assets, using tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and After Effects to bring creative concepts to life
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design a variety of digital marketing assets (web, social, product marketing, campaigns)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand identity, and the ability to translate these into clear, modern, and compelling visual design
• Ability to contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across marketing and product touch points

• The typical salary range for this position is CAD $51,775 - $84,000 annually. Salary offered will be based on skills, experience and market data.
