Chiropractic Receptionist - Full-Time
Since 1950, Stevenson Chiropractic and Wellness has been a trusted name in health and wellness, proudly serving the Hamilton community for three generations. Our family-run practice is built on a foundation of care, expertise, and a commitment to helping our patients achieve their best health. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis.
As a Chiropractic Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. You will manage the front desk, handle patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative duties. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented, and personable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
This position offers a full-time hours based on availability and clinic needs. We value flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude to help create an inviting and professional atmosphere for our patients.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries.
Assist with billing, insurance claims, and payments.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and managing office supplies.
Assist with processing WSIB and MVA claims.
Training and support to help you succeed in the role.
Modern clinic facilities with the latest technology.
Reception staff who handle all direct billing, scheduling, and cancellations.
Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred.
Proficient with office software and technology (experience with scheduling software preferred).
Knowledge of WSIB and MVA claims is an asset, but not required.
