Property Law Clerk

Conveyancer and Office Admin (Mandarin or Cantonese Speaking) Location: Burnaby and Vancouver, BC
Our client is a well-established real estate law practice with a strong team of conveyancers and a reputation for excellence in property transactions, with offices in Burnaby and South Vancouver. They are seeking an experienced conveyancer who can work independently and manage conveyancing files with minimal supervision, and assist with office management in their Burnaby Office, with some days required as well in their South Vancouver office.
The successful candidate will be an Intermediate Conveyancer preferably with good M andarin or Cantonese skills experience handling real estate transactions. This role requires autonomy, professionalism, and proficiency in conveyancing software.
Manage residential and commercial conveyancing files from start to finish with minimal oversight.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Minimum 2–3 years of conveyancing experience in a law firm setting.
Ability to work independently in a new office environment.
Mandarin or Cantonese (considered an asset).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
