SALES ASSOCIATE - WEEKEND

Summary

As a Maison Ambassador, the Sales Associate achieves and exceeds sales targets while developing a client portfolio. The role delivers an exceptional client experience and actively supports the boutique's daily operations.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales targets and provide outstanding service throughout the client journey.

Build client relationships, accurately capture client information, and participate in CRM initiatives and events.

Support after-sales clients, address concerns, and escalation issues when appropriate.

Assist with boutique setup, merchandising, inventory, security procedures, and daily operations.

Stay current on industry news, competitors, and product knowledge.

Requirements

Two to five years of previous luxury retail experience; a college degree is preferred.

Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and one weekday, as well as retail hours and occasional travel for training and events.

Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.

Computer and internet proficiency and MS Office experience; SAP knowledge is preferred.

Attention to detail, a professional demeanor, and a self-starter, team-oriented approach.

Additional language skills and general knowledge of timepiece movements are preferred.
