seeking Sales Consultants to join the opening team at Kia Vaughan.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales

Consultant will guide customers through the vehicle-purchase process while

successful candidate will develop strong customer relationships, maintain

excellent product knowledge, and actively contribute to the dealership’s sales

and customer satisfaction objectives.

Candidates must be available to work evenings and

Saturdays as required.

customers and identify their individual vehicle needs, preferences, and

customers through the complete vehicle-purchase process, from the initial

customers with accurate and detailed information about available vehicles,

professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.

up promptly and consistently on leads received through telephone, email,

online, and walk-in inquiries.

for new business and build a customer base through referrals, networking,

community involvement, and other approved activities.

monthly sales and productivity goals and develop plans to achieve them.

or exceed individual and departmental sales, gross-profit, and customer

in all required product, sales, compliance, and manufacturer training.

document customer activity and maintain complete, current records in the

dealership’s customer relationship management system.

collaboratively with Sales Managers and the Finance Department to support

ongoing relationships with customers and conduct appropriate post-delivery

to customer questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and

policies, and all applicable legislation.

automotive sales experience is preferred.

Ontario driver’s licence with at least three years of licensed driving

for sales, customer service, and the automotive industry.

to participate in ongoing product and sales training.
