One of our clients is looking to hire a remote Sales Manager in Canada to help with their growth plan in 2024. This role will focus on full-cycle sales working closely with the management team and targeting specific clients in the automotive industry.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving overall revenue growth for the company.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
Set clear sales targets and motivate team members to achieve and exceed them.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Sales Operations:
Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure adherence to sales processes and policies.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
