Our reception team is the heart of the client experience, and we're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinic and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
This is primarily a front desk, client-facing role, including:
Managing phones, scheduling, and appointment flow in a busy environment
Occasional assistance to the veterinary team as needed
Experience in a veterinary clinic or fast-paced customer service role is required
