Front Desk Spa Coordinator Newmarket

Job Responsibility:

We are hiring for our Newmarket location!

We are looking for a positive and energetic individual who is eager to learn, capable of working within a fast paced enviorment, and reliable.

This is a part time position

Monday 3:00pm-close, Tuesday 3:00pm-close Thursday 3:00pm - close and Friday 3:00pm-close with potential of weekend availability.

In September the availability is the same as we are looking for strong candidates. If you are returning to school the schedule should not be affected and are able to commit to these hours then please apply.

We cannot make adjustments to the days or times of the shift. Flexibility throughout the week is a great asset for us, as sometimes shift coverage is needed for evenings/ weekends

The ideal candidate must be available to start as soon as possible and is flexible for training as we are looking to make an immediate hire. We are looking for an individual who is mature, respectful and cooperative. Retail experience is always a bonus asset!

You are being hired at $16.65 You also receive commission on membership, product, and package sales that you make.

We are looking to fill a front desk/receptionist position. You should be a strong and independent employee who is not intimidated by a fast-paced environment and frequent tasks. You should feel confident in multi-tasking, have a strong sales confidence, and feel adequate in a leadership role. You must not be overwhelmed and become stressed by work easily. The best-suited candidate for this role is one who thrives in all work environments, is excited to come into work every day, and has a positive, outgoing, and upbeat personality!

Job Duties include but not limited to:

- Key holding - opening and closing the store,

-Handling cash - doing bank runs when needed and deposits.

-Customer service, booking appointments and checking clients in and out, responding to emails.

-Maintaining the sanitization station,

-Help with cleaning service rooms and tools when needed.

-Inventory: weekly counting of products, loading and unloading products/boxes (lifting, bending, carrying). Keeping stock clean and organized.

-Cleaning the store - dusting, sweeping, mopping, laundry, bathrooms, garbages.

-Responding to calls/missed calls, using digital memo platform for communications, maintaining client and staff records with up to date information and notes.

-Clocking staff in and out, reporting staff members to management for not following policy, handling confidential information in confidence.

-Other tasks given by management when needed.
