As a representative, you’ll make a meaningful impact by supporting working-class families. Hosting virtual consultations (Zoom or phone) to walk clients through their options
Discussing coverage needs and helping families identify plans that fit their circumstances
Using an established training system designed to help new representatives succeed
Setting and achieving personal goals , with opportunities to move into leadership as you grow
This position is focused on education, service, and support — not pressure-based selling. Your purpose is to guide families and help them make informed decisions.
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with online platforms
Motivation, discipline, and a solid work ethic
Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or retail is helpful but not required. We provide all the tools and support needed for long-term success, including:
