Litigation Legal Assistant Calgary, AB | Hybrid (3 Days In-Office)

A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced

Litigation Legal Assistant to join its Calgary office. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a hybrid work model and the chance to support a high-performing litigation team within a sophisticated, fast-paced environment.

You will provide direct support to partners and associates, playing a critical role in the management of litigation files from inception through resolution. Prepare, format, and file litigation documents, pleadings, and correspondence

Compile motion records, briefs, and trial materials

Handle client communications, phone calls, and general correspondence

Assist with billing, time entry, and invoicing processes

Provide administrative and litigation support across teams as needed

Legal Assistant certification or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, with knowledge of Alberta Court Rules
• Strong understanding of law firm procedures and litigation workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; iManage) is an asset
