The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment on both the sales floor and back of house areas.
Understands and adheres to all brand policies and procedures.

2+ years of experience in retail sales.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Luxury sales or eyewear industry experience.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
