Business Development Specialist - Full time

CDC Computers, Winnipeg's premier IT provider since 1983, offers hardware, repairs, and managed services from our new location at 1561 Erin Street. As a Business Development Representative, you'll identify and nurture new B2B opportunities, focusing on reservations, SMBs, and key sectors. This role combines outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and sales support to grow our client base.
Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking (minimum 40 calls/week).
Build relationships with Manitoba businesses and First Nations communities.
Track leads and activities in CRM.
Participate in events, trade shows, and golf tournaments for networking.
2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (IT/tech preferred).
- Experience with CRM tools and lead generation (e.g., Post-secondary education in business/marketing or equivalent.
- full-time (40 hours/week).
Competitive base salary ($42,000–$55,000/year) + uncapped commissions.
