Business Development Manager - Store Development

Location: Hybrid – 623 Corydon Ave, Winnipeg (Typically 3 days on-site, 2 remote — flexible) Job Type: Full-time
We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help drive Tactica’s growth by leading new business development efforts.
You’ll identify new opportunities, engage potential clients, and execute our sales process with our professionally trained sales system during onboarding. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, translate business needs into project opportunities, and help shape Tactica’s trajectory in the Ag Tech and Digital Health spaces.

Source, lead, and manage strategic sales opportunities from initial discovery to close

• Execute and refine Tactica’s sales process using our Tactica Sales System
• Translate client needs into well-scoped project briefs in collaboration with internal teams
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

2+ years in a business development, sales, or client-facing role

• Background in Digital Health or Ag Tech (a strong asset)
• Proven track record uncovering & managing major account sales opportunities
• Ability to work on-site (3 days per week) as well as remote (2 days per week)
