Sales and Pricing Analyst

It offers supply chain support, along with logistics consultation, industry specific customization, global level freight management and system implementation.
At CEVA, we put people first and we strive for better ways in everything we do; Produce rates for the air freight department within the required deadlines and to the satisfaction of clients and the company. Act as a liaison between the clients, agents and sales executives.
Verify different transport possibilities with airline and transport companies and negotiate best possible rates for clients.
Understand customer needs and bring innovative solutions.
Act as the resource person for the ceva Group network, suppliers and customer service department (both internal and external).
Work closely with the sales team, and the other departments of CEVA Canada.
Issue non-conformity notices and customer complaints in accordance with ISO procedures.
Other tasks as defined by the immediate supervisor.
A diploma in professional studies or academic equivalent, and experience in air freight is required.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and Excel. Must be able to communicate well and clearly in English both written and oral. must be customer service-oriented.
