Bi Weekly Hours: 77.Hourly Rate of Pay: Salary for this position is commensurate with education and experience
Reporting to the Program Manager (PM), the Clinical Supervisor (CS) is responsible for providing assistance in the coordination of care services, staff training, and education. This role provides leadership and direction to staff as required for the completion of resident care services. The CS ensures the highest quality of resident focused care achievable within the Mission, Vision, and Values of SCF and standards of professional nursing practice. The CS provides support to the residents and their families in an environment that promotes a state of wellness, independence and person-centered care.
A Licensed Practical Nurse, in good standing with CLPNA,
Have current health care provider CPR, and
Can read, write, and speak English fluently, clearly, and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership and teambuilding skills, paired with strong organizational, time management and computer software skills.
