Job Responsibility:

Position Title: Engineering Operation Supervisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a professional engineer with 10 years of experience, ideally in the welding and mechanical engineering fields, who is looking to advance their career in management. The ideal candidate has already served as a supervisor or manager of personnel.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for the direction, supervision, and scheduling of welding engineers, technologists, inspectors, and a metallurgical testing laboratory. Key duties include:

• Development, testing, inspection, and failure analysis of welding procedures and welded structures
• Oversight of pipelines, pressure equipment, and structural steel projects

Qualifications:

• Proven career progression with a track record of managing projects and supervising employees
• Proficiency with corporate ERP systems, scheduling and project management programs, Excel, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office
• Accredited supervision training

Compensation:

• Salary: $90,000-$100,000, depending on qualifications
• Performance incentive payment plan, potentially adding $20,000 or more to total income
