This is an early-stage, high-velocity environment with strong backing, real market traction, and a clear mandate to scale.

Business Development Representative We're hiring a driven, coachable, and team-oriented BDR to create new opportunities with dental practices, multi-location groups, and DSOs. You'll be the first point of contact for many potential customers, starting conversations, qualifying interest, and booking demos for our Account Executives.
Location: Canada (Remote)
The salary range for this role is $50,000 CAD to $60,000 CAD per year, plus uncapped commission. What You’ll Own Generate new pipeline

• Run cold outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn to dental practices, DSOs, and specialty clinics.
• Research target accounts and build prospect lists that match our ideal customer profile.

Write and personalize outreach that gets practice owners, office managers, and decision-makers to respond.

• Follow sales scripts, coaching, and processes to keep outreach consistent and effective.
• Qualify prospects and book demos for Account Executives.

Track activity, notes, and next steps in the CRM.

• Hit and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated.
• Share what's working, what isn't, and help improve our messaging and outbound playbook.

Comfortable with high-volume cold outreach, including 80 to 100 calls per day.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or sales engagement platforms.
• Experience selling into dental, healthcare, or small business markets.
