As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues
- Documenting interactions in the system
- Providing product and service information
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments
You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or call center environment
- Technical skills in using call center software
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
