Sales Representative - Retail / Customer Service

AIIM is seeking a Large Format Print Sales Specialist to support the growth of our WallscapesCo and Mack Media divisions.This is a hybrid role focused on both new business development and account growth, targeting agencies, experiential firms, retail brands, franchises, and corporate environments.The successful candidate will play a key role in building a portfolio of clients and contributing to the expansion of AIIM’s Large Format Print division across the GTA, with opportunities to support national and U.based projects. Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets including agencies, experiential, retail, franchise, and corporate clients
Build and grow a portfolio of accounts through strong relationship management and consistent client engagement
Manage a pipeline of opportunities, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, and closing
Collaborate with internal teams including estimating, production, and project management to ensure successful execution
Maintain visibility into sales activity, forecasts, and performance metrics
Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and innovations within large format and experiential environments
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in large format print, signage, experiential, or a related field

• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts
• Experience working with agencies, retail clients, or corporate marketing teams is considered an asset
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of large format production and installation processes is an asset
