Part-Time Education Coordinator

Education Director – Oxford Learning North Vancouver
Full-Time | North Vancouver, BC
Salary: $60,000–$65,000 annually + performance-based bonus
Oxford Learning North Vancouver is seeking a motivated, organized, and personable Education Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our learning centre.
This is a leadership position that combines education, team management, parent relationships, and business operations. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and families, can confidently lead a team of educators, and takes ownership of delivering an exceptional learning experience.
Student Programs & Academic Leadership
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise part-time teachers.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support.
Manage daily centre operations, scheduling, and administrative processes.
Monitor key performance indicators, including enrollment, retention, and student progress.
Post-secondary education in Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience in education, program coordination, operations, or team leadership.
Genuine interest in helping children succeed academically.
Experience in tutoring, teaching, educational leadership, or learning centre management.
Familiarity with elementary and secondary school curricula.
Experience in customer service, enrollment, or relationship management.
Performance bonus: Opportunity to earn an additional $12,000–$15,000 annually based on centre performance.

Monday - Friday afternoons and evenings
Who We're Looking For We're particularly interested in someone who can take ownership of the centre , rather than simply complete assigned administrative tasks.
While experience in education is valuable, we're equally interested in candidates with strong leadership, operational management, and customer relationship experience who are enthusiastic about learning Oxford Learning's educational approach.
