Flexible Part-Time Nanny Needed!

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and responsible live-in childcare assistant to help care for one wonderful 5-year-old boy.

This is a unique part-time, live-in opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking for a flexible schedule. The child is with the family on a shared parenting schedule, so care is only required during designated parenting weeks.

The parent works overnight shifts, and the primary responsibility is to provide overnight supervision, assist with the morning routine, and prepare breakfast and a packed lunch before school. The parent returns home in the morning and takes the child to school, so daytime childcare is generally not required. During school hours and on weeks when the child is not in the home, you'll have plenty of free time to study, work remotely, or pursue your own interests.

Provide overnight supervision for one 5-year-old child.

• Assist with the child's morning routine.
• Perform light housekeeping related to the child and shared living spaces.
• Live-in, part-time position.
• Care is required only during the family's parenting weeks.
• Overnight shifts with mornings ending once the parent returns home to take the child to school.
• Private bedroom in a comfortable North Vancouver home.
• Significant personal time during the day and on non-parenting weeks.

• Previous childcare experience preferred.
• Comfortable working independently overnight.
• CPR/First Aid certification is an asset.
• Able to provide references and complete a Criminal Record Check.
