Interior Design Specialist

Hays is currently partnered with a notable multidisciplinary firm who are looking to hire a highly skilled and creative Intermediate Interior Designer with 3–5 years of local experience to join their well-established team. The ideal candidate is preferably ARIDO registered and brings a well-rounded skill set across all phases of interior design, with a preferred emphasis on corporate interiors and FF&E.
This role will initially focus on supporting FF&E efforts for a major commercial project, followed by involvement in a variety of project types across sectors including commercial, workplace, and institutional projects. Assist in FF&E design and documentation for major projects
Support concept development and material selection
Coordinate with consultants and vendors throughout design phases
Prepare contract documents and detailed construction drawings
Contribute to internal design reviews and client presentations

3–5 years of Canadian interior design experience

• Strong interest and experience in corporate interiors and FF&E
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite & MS Office.
• Solid understanding of design development and technical detailing
