Senior Interior Design Specialist

Your new company This organization is a multidisciplinary architecture firm of 40 professionals, known for integrating architecture and interior design in a way that balances creativity, constructability, and cost-conscious solutions. We work closely with developers and clients to deliver impactful multi-unit residential projects.

This organization is seeking a Senior-Intermediate Interior Designer who is eager to grow, take ownership of projects, and eventually build their own client base. This is a new role with the opportunity to actively represent the organization and help shape the future of their interior design department.

5–8 years of professional interior design experience (multi-unit residential preferred)

• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Demonstrated ability to balance design vision with constructability and budget awareness

Hybrid model with flexibility (seniors expected in-office 3–4 days/week)
