Bayshore Home Care Solutions (Hamilton), a division of Bayshore HealthCare Ltd. is currently seeking a dedicated Client Service Coordinator or Healthcare Scheduler to join our exceptional team. As the Client Service Coordinator for our Hamilton Team, you won't just schedule people— you will be the vital link between patients, families, and healthcare providers! We are seeking professional individuals with superior customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and an overwhelming drive to showcase their scheduling abilities.
This is a RARE Float opportunity, allowing you the flexibility to work in a varied schedule while maintaining a Fulltime position. Alternating weekends are an ongoing requirement.
3 days a week 10am-6pm
2 days a week 2pm-10pm
Review- Collaborate with Supervisors, field employees and patients to assess service needs
Coordinate- Ensure consistent caregiver assignments and service delivery

Supportive Management: Accessible clinical managers and schedulers who value and support your work
Training & Development: Completion of a related certificate/diploma such as Medical Terminology or Office Administration is a requirement (Proof Required)
A minimum of two years related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
Proven customer service and communication skills, preferably in healthcare or other high-paced customer service environment
Excellent computer skills (Windows, Microsoft office, internet, EMR)
