Job Description – Generative AI Developer

Experience range: 6-8 years

Role & Responsibilities

Assist in designing and building Generative AI solutions using Python, Java, and cloud technologies
Support advanced analytics and AI development initiatives across business use cases
Apply Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP concepts to real-world problems
Develop reusable, efficient, and testable code for AI/ML applications
Work with Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enable AI-assisted development
Assist in code generation and automation using AI-driven approaches
Deploy, integrate, and test AI/ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to translate business needs into AI solutions
Analyze problems, break them down into manageable components, and implement practical solutions
Document technical approaches, experiments, and learnings
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

Fundamental knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP
Strong proficiency in Python programming
Ability to apply AI/ML theories to practical business use cases
Experience writing clean, reusable, and testable code
Hands-on exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
Understanding of AI-assisted development and code generation
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience deploying or integrating ML/AI models in cloud environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Good-to-Have Skills

Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch , or similar AI/ML frameworks
Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Basic understanding of model evaluation metrics (precision, recall, F1-score)
Knowledge of data preprocessing and feature engineering
Exposure to Java-based AI integrations or backend development
Understanding of AI agents and autonomous workflows
