Reporting to your District Manager, you’ll drive top-line sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and bring our brand to life in every interaction.
Create a fun, interactive atmosphere—complete with live in-store demos
Coach your team to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics
Maintain high operational standards across all areas of the store
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service
2+ years of retail management experience
- A strong customer-first mindset and engaging communication style
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with live product demonstrations is a bonus
- Salary position with a monthly performance bonus program
