Call Centre Customer Service Agents

Potential Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer/vendor inquiries, bookings, negotiations, and authorizations.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers/vendors by phone and email.
Address complaints with empathy and work toward effective solutions.
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Document interactions thoroughly and accurately.
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
Work flexible shifts between 7 am – 10 pm.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of customer service or call centre experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in computer use and typing
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Knowledge of the insurance/repair industry is an asset.
Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Location:
Work is in person at our Mississauga or Etobicoke office. Candidates should be able to commute or plan to relocate prior to employment.

Salary Range:
$37,050 – $40,950 annually
