Collaborer à la rédaction de brochures, de rapports, de bulletins d'information et d'autres documents
Prendre des dispositions pour les remboursements et l'établissement d'une note de crédit
Expliquer aux clients la nature et le coût des services offerts
Remettre des reçus et d'autres documents
Tenir des dossiers et des statistiques
Obtenir et examiner toutes les informations pertinentes pour évaluer la rétroaction, les demandes et les plaintes des clients dans le cadre de la fourniture d'informations et de services utiles
Commander des fournitures de bureau et garder un inventaire
Exécuter des tâches générales de bureau
Recevoir des paiements
Communiquer avec les clients après la vente pour assurer un suivi
Recueillir et enregistrer les données
Prendre les rendez-vous
Établir et tenir des dossiers et des documents médicaux confidentiels
