Forklift Operator (temp to perm) Immediate Start

The Role: As a Counterbalance specialist, you will be the engine of our warehouse operations. You’ll be responsible for navigating a high-volume distribution center, using RF scanners for inventory accuracy, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods.

Shift Details:

Pay: $20.25 – $23.37/hour (upon permanent hire)

Proven experience with Counterbalance Forklifts.

Starting rate of $20.25/hr, increasing to $23.37/hr upon permanent placement.

Stable, long-term employment within Woodstock’s growing logistics sector.

Safely and efficiently operate Counterbalance Forklifts to transport, stack, and organize inventory.

Digital Inventory Tracking: Master RF scanner technology to document all stock movements, ensuring 100% data integrity.

Logistics Coordination: Manage the loading and unloading of trailers while cross-referencing physical stock with shipping documentation.

Execute manual material handling, including the consistent lifting of up to 30 lbs.

Perform and document daily pre-shift safety inspections to ensure equipment remains in peak condition.

Partner with the Manufacturing & Logistics team to hit aggressive daily shipping and production goals.

Industry Seasoned: 1+ years of experience navigating busy logistics environments.

Ability to handle manual lifting (up to 30 lbs) and stay active on your feet all shift.

Shift Flexibility: Open to different schedules to keep the supply chain moving.
