This high-impact role is responsible for revenue management, ad-tech stack oversight, partner performance, and continuous optimization of our advertising products. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and external partners to unlock new revenue opportunities and deliver against key performance metrics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and commercial strategy.
Monitor daily/weekly performance and proactively adjust levers to maximize eCPM, RPM, fill rate, viewability, and total revenue.
Evaluate, onboard, and negotiate with new partners that can drive incremental revenue or improve performance.
Ensure proper integration, QA, and ongoing technical health of all programmatic systems.
Produce clear, executive-level reporting on performance, trends, and opportunities.
Provide insights and requirements to guide roadmap decisions related to advertising performance and user experience. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and commercial teams.
- Familiarity with marketplace or high-traffic digital media environments is a strong asset.
