Associate Director - Technology Consulting

Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies. We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.
The Associate Director, Programmatic Strategy & Activation is a pivotal leadership role responsible for owning the expansion of our Programmatic service offerings and driving forward the strategic vision of the department.
Spearhead the creation and execution of impactful programmatic strategies to enhance the organization's digital advertising capabilities.
Establish and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs): Define KPIs and regularly analyze campaign performance, providing valuable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization and client growth.
Manage relationships with key partners and vendors: Cultivate and manage relationships with programmatic partners, vendors, and platforms to foster collaboration and ensure access to cutting-edge solutions.
7+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies

• 2+ years of demonstrated people management experience, inspiring, motivating, and coaching teams effectively
• Proven track record in Programmatic media planning and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success
• Recent, hands-on expertise in building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs, with a preference for experience in TTD and DV360
• Solid analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset, capable of balancing multiple projects effectively
