Fulltime Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibility:
Experienced adminstrative assistant for a Condominium Property Manager within the Hamilton, Wentworth, Halton, and Niagara areas.
The Property Manager is responsible for managing multiple condominiums throughout the Golden Horseshoe area and, as his administrative assistant, will be responsible for maintaining files, correspondence, working with trades and issuing Purchase Orders and appointment bookings. Appropriate communication skill and ability to talk and correspond with a variety of people in a professional manner. Familiar with accounting would be an asset A/R A/P. No weekends.
Preference will be given to candidates who work well independently.
