Sending tissue and fluid samples for laboratory analysis
Communicating with labs, healthcare providers, and insurance companies
Calculating billing amounts and sending bills to patients and insurance companies
Maintaining medical inventory by ordering new supplies and equipment as needed
Completion of a medical office assistant program or equivalent education
Experience in a medical office or two years reception/clerical experience
Knowledge of medical terms an asset
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
